Cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast staff were impatient when asked about restocking.

I was pleased with the location and the excellent breakfast, and the lobby and service were great, but the room needed a little touch‑up, the ceiling had stains, and the bathroom was dirty.

The hotel’s facilities and staff were fine, but I was upset about the breakfast; I paid for a rate that included breakfast, yet my return flight was early so I had to leave before 6 AM, when breakfast began. When I checked out, I asked the café staff if I could at least have a black coffee or something to eat since the buffet was already set up. The employee refused even though the coffee was ready. There was a lack of attention and empathy, and I wouldn’t stay again because you can only book with breakfast.
