The staff were rude when I mentioned the two cockroaches in my room. They promised me compensation, but I never got it. The room smells bad and the sheets and bathroom are not cleaned at all. I have photos and a video of the cockroaches, but I can’t upload them here.

The location and comfort are good, but the receptionist, a very rude and unpleasant lady, made the experience worse. The room’s climate is noisy and keeps me from sleeping well.

The hotel was close to the airport and offered a free 24‑hour shuttle, but the transport never arrived to take us to the airport. They told me to be ready at reception at 4:40 am because my flight left at 7 am; I was ready, but the shuttle left at 5:15 am and never came. I had to order an Uber and pay for the airport transfer. The service was unreliable, and I could have missed my flight. Reception had no one to resolve the issue, no one answered the phone, and nobody solved it.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was great, the room was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything else was fine from my perspective.
