It was bliss. The onsen was relaxing. The staff were helpful. The food was delicious and could cater for gluten‑free and vegetarian. So peaceful and tranquil. It is pricey, but if you want to unwind, this is the place to be.

The place is really beautiful with gorgeous baths, but the check‑in process was overly complicated and ruined the arrival, the lighting in the dining room is terrible and the family room for three people is far too small.

This spot is amazing, the staff are super helpful and friendly, the baths are gorgeous, and everything is easy to book or get info about through the hotel website; breakfast is also amazing with a great selection of Japanese food.

I'm still reeling from the incredible experience I had at this place. From the delicious food to the stunning onsen, everything was just perfect. It's a true gem that exceeded all my expectations.
