If you’re a college student heading to a USC game, this spot is perfect because it’s less than a mile from the stadium, parking’s included, it’s very cheap, and an Uber to downtown is easy. The “breakfast” or dining room area was pretty weak for what’s being offered – you get what you pay for. The room had a screw to lock the second room connected to it, felt safe, and had running water. Good enough for college kids, probably not for my parents or wife.

It was close to the stadium, but the rooms and hallways were disgusting, and the hotel is not kept up even remotely.

The location was good, but the place was broken and dirty, and there were water issues.
