“Good location and clean rooms, but the poor service and late-night noise were disappointing.”

The location was good, the room was comfortable, and the property was clean. The staff behaviour was poor; the kitchen was clearly understaffed, leading to slow service and unacceptable staff conduct. Additionally, guests made excessive noise at midnight, which seriously disturbed the stay.

The newly built property upgraded us to a suite‑type room, which was good, and the staff are friendly and pleasant. However, the dining room menu was poorly prepared with repeated items and most items were not available, likely due to a small number of guests. It felt more like a destination wedding venue catering to large gatherings, and the food quality was average.

I stayed in a spacious room with a beautiful view, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was a plus, but the view was the highlight of my stay.
