The hot tub wasn’t warm, which was disappointing.

The only bright spot was the convenient location, but the hotel suffered from a strong weed odor, damp sheets and towels, no TV streaming or guide, and staff taking two attempts to fix the TV; the broken coffee pot wasn’t replaced, a sticky substance was smeared around the room, I had to keep going to the lobby for coffee that was always empty, paint was peeling off the tub, there was no exhaust fan in the bath, and everything felt wet or damp, including the floors.

Parking was fine, but when we arrived our room wasn’t ready, so they gave us a different one that cost $80 more, which really upset me and I won’t stay at Holiday Inn again.
