Finding the hotel was simple and it was very quiet. They welcomed pets and the staff were great to chat with. The back parking lacked lane markings or any guidance on where to park near the door to my room.

The front desk staff handled a 3‑night booking issue smoothly. An EV charger was nearby. The 2‑queen room had everything I needed, including a comfy chair and plenty of flat surfaces. The fine restaurant offers a city and bay view, and they thoughtfully provide a reduced‑portion breakfast option that I rarely see.

The location! We had a wonderful view of the city, there was a mall right next door, there was a main road right there, but we were high enough above that road noise wasn't an issue. The restaurant must have the best view in the city. Also, we were sort of stranded, because bad weather canceled our ferry for two days, and the hotel let us in early, and stay a 2nd day also, and a late checkout too!! Absolutely wonderful staff!. The exercise room was out of order. The restaurant wasn't open for lunch or supper on the Labor Day, but I'm sure it would've been great, because they did open for Breakfast on Labour Day, and it was wonderful!
