I liked everything: the location, the room condition, the bedding, blackout curtains, the silence, uninterrupted water and electricity, a quiet air‑conditioner, good furniture, a medium‑sized fridge, a balcony with a pleasant view, and power outlets by the bed. The staff were courteous. The standard Indian breakfast was fine, and the eggs were cooked in my favorite style! Excellent value for money.

I loved this place; it’s a 2‑minute walk to the beach, the rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with AC, fridge, kettle, hot shower, TV, etc., all for a reasonable price. The only drawback is that there’s no sign, so it’s hard to find when you first arrive.

The hotel has three rooms, two on the second floor and one on the first, and the beach is just 50 m away. Breakfast is typical: eggs, toast, butter, jam, and coffee. The room comes with a fridge, kettle, and TV, and the hot water is always on, though the taps need a bit of tinkering. Wi‑Fi is excellent on the balcony but weak in the room because the router sits outside the courtyard. There’s also a bike parking spot. No negatives.
