The structure was well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge panoramic balcony. It’s located at the end of the valley, great for reaching trails, and offers a stunning view of Mount Ortles. The staff were friendly and attentive to guests. There was a generous breakfast buffet with quality food and a dinner with high‑level dishes. The relaxation/fitness area was decent, with a sauna and Turkish bath that were pleasant after a morning on the trails. The on‑site bar was always open. Parking was in front of the entrance. I didn’t find any negatives; the only minor flaw was the absence of a minibar fridge in the room, and the kitchen was closed at lunch, which was a pity because the food was so good that I would have eaten there for lunch as well.
