The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome, but we found a few stray hairs in the unused bathtub and the large public bath was split by gender at specific times, so we had to watch the clock.

I enjoyed several wonderful amenities during my stay, including access to natural hot springs, a delightful breakfast buffet, a welcome drink, and even alcoholic beverages. However, I did experience some issues with the TV remote control, which had a slow response time. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel's offerings made for a great stay.

My stay was highlighted by the excellent condition of the bath and room, which were both very satisfying. On the downside, I felt that the breakfast selection could have been more extensive. Nevertheless, the positives outweighed this minor drawback, making for a pleasant experience.
