The location near the Sanctuary and supermarkets was convenient. I have a 3‑month‑old boy and they were always very helpful with anything we needed. The only downside was that we had no TV. I know it was an external issue with Vodafone, but they could have warned us when we arrived and didn't.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were spotless, but the only downside was how far it is from the Fatima bus station.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were helpful; the view was nice and breakfast was good. The coach tours were a bit disappointing.
