The accommodation was clean and organized, the bathtub was great for relaxing, and the coffee was delicious. We had an unexpected issue: we arrived in the middle of the night and were not told that the kitchen was not open 24 hours, so we were hungry. Negotiating to leave and come back to the motel was tough, but after a lot of back‑and‑forth we managed to leave and return without problems.

The cleaning, comfort, space, staff availability, and organization were good. When I booked through the website, it said I was entitled to a complimentary breakfast, but when I asked, I was told I’d have to add that option on the site. I had to pay for breakfast in addition to the room. My stay was until 12:00, but my girlfriend needed to leave at 9:00, so I called reception to release her and pay for breakfast, but I wasn’t in a hurry. I wasn’t allowed to, and I was told the policy was that whoever left first had to pay. We had to get ready quickly so we wouldn’t be late. At checkout, when we went to pay, they tried to charge us again for the stay. I had to question them for another wait. In the end I resolved it, but my boyfriend was late for work and it caused a lot of discomfort. I suggest the hotel improve these points; it was very uncomfortable.

The space, 24‑hour kitchen organization, and facilities were great; the Bluetooth speaker in the room wasn’t working, but the reception handled the issue by offering a viable solution.

Everything was very good – a cozy room, immaculate cleaning, all excellent – but the noise in the corridors from staff circulation made it hard to rest, a detail that seems minor but really matters when you’re trying to sleep.
