The location. Meant to be a 4star hotel we book 3 rooms for family members. No toiletries provided not even soap…. 1 bin in room and for 4 days the room wasn’t clean until I asked them to clean it. Pictures don’t match. 1 room had smelly drain when approach manager they told us that there was not smell. The hotel sold water which was extremely expensive. Would recommend this as overpriced for what’s on offer

The location was fine, but the room wasn’t cleaned daily, it was very pricey, and there were no complimentary items like water or soap; there was only one rubbish bin in the bathroom.

Nothing good to say. It felt like a prison: no phone signal, no working Wi‑Fi, no hot water, and the window looked straight into a storage space; mould was in the cupboard and the floors were dirty everywhere. The bathroom door hadn’t been inspected since 2023. The staff were extremely rude and uncommunicative when I asked to fix the Wi‑Fi and hot water, and I couldn’t change rooms, so we left a day early. It was a horrible stay; I wouldn’t recommend it and I want a refund.

Everything was bad. The hotel was below average in cleanliness. We decided to leave and drive home because it was filthy and smelled awful. I’m in the process of getting a refund because the hotel shouldn’t be allowed to accept guests with such poor hygiene.
