The location was great and across the street there was a nice, reasonably priced Thai restaurant. The mattress was good, although the bed had a very hard edge. The shower produced hot water. Communication with the owner was smooth. The place itself was terribly poorly maintained. At that price, you might expect at least a clean space and functioning equipment. Everything was, if not broken, at least almost working. The light switch in my room fell off when I touched it; the kitchen microwave was completely broken; the toilet lid was loose; the taps were wobbly on their fittings, among other issues. There was no outlet or lamps next to the bed. This first-floor entrance level, the lower floor felt renovated and newer, and supposedly those rooms also had the promised sea view.

Very simple check‑in, located centrally with good parking options.

Our room on the first floor was spacious and tidy with a sea view and a central location. The building was in bad shape and some areas strongly smelled of mold. There were visible water and other damages in the rooms, and there was no sound insulation at all.
