“World class venue, needs a little more professional training for staff.”

The venue is world‑class, the rooms are huge and the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant serves great food. We never asked to receive multiple phone calls each morning reminding us that breakfast was ending (we don’t eat breakfast and can set our own alarm) or to book the spa by 9 am; that felt intrusive because we wanted to sleep. The corridors turned into play areas early in the morning, with children screaming and running for hours while parents shouted at them, and no one intervened. The spa itself was amazing but lacked a lift‑like ambiance, and loud voices outside the room made it hard to relax; the rooms could be prettier. The massages were first‑class, though.

Good ambience, well maintained. The location was difficult to reach.
