Close to the freeway, but the toilet ran all night and the shower had no hot water.

“Not going back”

The location was convenient, yet the room immediately smelled of moldy mildew, the bed was mediocre, another guest’s black‑moldy curtains were visible during check‑in, breakfast was unappetizing, and the coffee tasted awful.

I booked through Booking, but when I arrived the hotel staff charged me again—unfair, wasting my time and money because of a woman who couldn’t handle the job.

“Misleading”

The bed was comfortable. I was completely miss led about this hotel. The reasons I chose it were either unavailable or did not work the way they should have. Under amenities, it said hot tub. There was no hot tub. It said wifi. Yes they had wifi, but we had to go to the lobby to get it. It did not work in our room. We could not find the hotel so I called it. The guy who answered told me where it was but did not mention that it was at the old Americ inn. Apparently baymont purchased it but had not changed the sign. I don't know how many times we drove by before I called them back and had to ask specifically if it was the Americ inn. We are NOT happy at all. The gal at the desk the evening of the 22nd had no idea what was going on. Completely clueless. I will be asking for a refund
