The Host Jason is a Star . he and his mother are the best of Britain. such lovely people. The location offers a real immersion in authentic Sri Lankan seaside village life. All amenities are nearby. The locals are so friendly, always greeting you. Best stay.💕

This was the best place we stayed at throughout our trip. Facing a tough family situation, the hosts’ warmth and kindness made us feel like family. Jason, the host, was incredibly welcoming and full of life. The house always had great music, a relaxed vibe, and a joyful energy that made it feel truly special. We loved the freedom to enjoy the property at our own pace, knowing that he and his lovely mother were always there if we needed anything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered plenty of privacy. The garden was stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also fell in love with the dogs—they were gorgeous and added so much charm to our stay. If you’re after genuine hospitality, a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at ease, and a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it. Honestly, nothing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

My daughter and I absolutely loved the cheerful and warm welcome from Jason, his mother, and all their friends; we’re all animal lovers, so it was a fantastic time here. Nothing to complain about.

I’m back for a quick stay on my fourth visit, and I loved everything—Jason and his lovely mum Brenda are amazing hosts. I stayed in a different room, but as always it was spotless and tastefully decorated, and I couldn’t wait to cool off in the lovely swimming pool. I’ll be back soon; it’s my favourite place to stay.

This is my favourite place to stay in Sri Lanka on my third visit. My studio has everything needed for a great stay: a big comfy bed, an en‑suite shower, air‑con plus a ceiling fan, and it’s thoughtfully decorated and very clean. Downstairs there’s a fridge, kettle, and oven/grill. The highlight in this hot weather is the lovely swimming pool, but the best part is Jason and his mum Brenda—kind, friendly, and helpful hosts who genuinely enjoy chatting with guests. Nothing to add; it was a fabulous stay.
