We came for the location and the stunning view that the hotel offers, but the view was fogged over 90 % of our stay. The room was comfortable and roomy. We didn’t stay long enough to fully judge all the amenities, such as the baths or café, because we didn’t get to use them. That’s not the hotel’s fault, just a time constraint from our travel schedule. We were only there for one night and dinner wasn’t included in our package. We tried to get dinner ourselves, but there were no nearby food spots, and the room had no microwave or any other appliance we could use in the hotel. We ended up with a sad, cold dinner that night. A package that includes dinner would be a much better option. We came up the mountain from the east side and the road was very narrow and scary at times; the western side road was much safer and I would recommend using that one only.

I was really impressed with the hotel's friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They made me feel welcome and at home. The only thing that would've made my stay even better is if they had a bit more to offer in terms of amenities.

The hotel's cleanliness and scenic views were definitely highlights of my stay, but the booking process was a bit of a letdown. I booked what I thought was a room with breakfast included, but when I checked in, I was told it was actually a bed-and-breakfast arrangement with no meals. I ended up having to pay extra for breakfast, and the staff didn't even apologize for the mistake. They just told me that no room with two meals was available at that price.

The room's large windows and stunning views made for a really relaxing stay, and the room itself was spacious and spotless. However, I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor hot spring was out of order, which was a bummer for a hot spring enthusiast like me. The indoor hot spring had great views, though!
