The distance to the city centre and the price were good, but the hospitality and the host’s friendliness a day later were bad, very unpleasant. I don't understand other feedback at all!

Breakfast was adequate; we knew it was a packed-up spread but there was plenty to eat and drink, and we ate in the dining room. The grout in the shower could use a little attention—there was slight mould.

The room was super nice and small, with good light sealing, comfortable beds, and amenities like coffee and tea. The bathroom was large and good; on the last floor the flow wasn’t very strong, but the shower was still fine. Breakfast served at the room door was excellent, well supplied, and you could even take a bag for a quick snack mid‑day. They have a dining room, which we preferred for coffee—comfortable, with hot water for tea and ready coffee. The only issue is that this hotel, in an old unrenovated building, lacks accessibility; if you have reduced mobility, don't stay—rooms are only reachable by stairs.

The location was perfect, but the room was small yet acceptable, the bathroom had dampness, the heating was off, it was terribly cold at night, and the breakfast was bland.
