“Not a good experience”
The location near the ocean was good, but the room was dirty with fleas and cockroaches.

The hotel’s location is absolutely ideal, just a short walk to Back Beach (Bãi Sau). Mini‑supermarkets and seafood stalls are right next door, making dining super convenient. I’d rate the location 10/10. The owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay. Motorbike rentals here are much cheaper than other local shops, and you can rent directly from the owner. When I planned a trip to Ben Tre and didn’t know how to arrange transport, the owner spent a long time researching options. After confirming no public buses were available, he even helped me book a private car charter. Later, I lost my earphones in Da Lat, and the owner kindly mailed them back to me. I received generous help in many ways and highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the back beach, and there are seafood stalls nearby, so the location is perfect. Motorbike rentals are cheap compared to other shops, and the owner helped me a lot. When I wanted to go to Ben Tre, he checked and found no buses, then arranged a private car for me. I also left my earphones at the hotel, and the owner sent them to Da Lat for me. I’m very grateful for all the help.

The host was super enthusiastic and sweet. The room looked new, clean, and smelled fresh; the cleaning was thorough. The design was a bit dated, which might not appeal to younger travelers, but for someone like me who values affordability and cleanliness, it was perfect.

The room decor was cute, with a narrow alley leading to many streets and plenty of local breakfast spots nearby. During the day, construction next to the building was noisy, but once finished, it was quiet.
