The resort offered a beautiful setting, excellent food, friendly staff, a superb wellness area and even electric‑bike rentals, leaving virtually nothing to criticize. The only downside for us was the beds – I have a lower‑back issue and found them too soft, feeling a bit saggy by Wednesday; we understand this is subjective. Also, families with very young, restless children can be disruptive: a crawling baby running between tables during dinner or in the wellness zone can spoil the otherwise wonderful atmosphere.

The hotel was fantastic, with great service and a special experience in a lovely garden setting; breakfast offered a wide selection, the on‑site restaurant was good, the spa was beautiful and unique, the pool water was warm and the outdoor jacuzzis faced the nature. The only problem was the beds – the mattresses had holes and seemed like they’d been used up, so they really need new mattresses.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff plus a wellness area. It’s a bit far from the city centre and extra services are quite expensive.
