We stayed with our three kids and couldn’t be happier; overall we had an excellent experience. The hotel is a hidden gem in Nola, 27 km northeast of Naples city and airport. The room was well decorated, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, high quality, and offered everything and a wide variety needed for a pleasant start to the day.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of both savory and sweet items, and the location was clean and well maintained. It’s fine as it is.

“Great facility, breakfast and staff”

The breakfast was magnificent, the facilities were good, the staff were nice, and the hotel charged for electric car charging. We arrived at night and the building was covered in multicoloured lights, and the XBusiness name made us wonder “is this some sort of XXX hotel?” When we entered the room, that feeling deepened, but we realised it was a design choice. I would suggest they either rename the hotel to something other than “XBusiness” or change the building’s lighting colour.

“Deludente”

The property is great, welcoming and the room is beautiful. I booked the room with a jacuzzi because we needed it after a long trip and many hours of work, but there was no hot water, only cold. I asked reception if something could be done, and they said the boiler would need a couple of hours to be restored. It was a real inconvenience, especially after paying 132 € for a night and not being able to use what I had paid for. I only received a 6 € discount, which was the stay tax. I would say that is very little.
