The flat was well equipped, clean, and in a great location; the stay started as business but turned into leisure thanks to the resort’s facilities and the flat itself, with exceptional staff and very helpful hosts.

The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, complete with a private pool. The fridge door was broken and the trash bin was rusted. I wrote to the manager for help, but never received a reply. I also asked for a hammock, and that request went unanswered too.

We had an amazing stay here - the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the balcony view was fantastic. The only downside was that the dining area could have used some air conditioning, but the fan did the trick. Overall, we're really happy with our stay and hope to come back.

The complex is stunning and the pool area is really clean, but our flat was a letdown. The TV didn't work, the grill was in bad shape, and the bedding was subpar - no blankets, even! The beds were pretty uncomfortable too. It's a shame, because the complex itself is beautiful, but our flat didn't live up to the photos or description.
