“Would definitely book again for visit to Stratford”

I loved the swimming pool and the on-site restaurant. One elevator was broken.

“I now always choose to stay at this hotel in Stratford as it's got great service, food and beds.”

We were let in at 12.30 when we got there, changed, ate lunch in our room, and left the theatre feeling refreshed after a long drive. The eggs Benedict were good, but the hollandaise was a bit powdery—why not improve the sauce on the most popular dish?

The buffet breakfast was excellent, the location was spot on, and the staff were friendly. Nothing else to mention.

“Good location but undermined by very poor reception”

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well positioned. The reception was the worst I’ve experienced, Ontario street was noisy, and one of the two elevators was broken the whole time.

Reception was very nice. We stayed five days and one of the two elevators didn’t work, creating a lot of congestion when heading to our room. The pool sits by the lobby and the chlorine smell is intense.
