This place was super cute, close enough to town yet very quiet. Fruit trees surrounded the property and there’s a separate kitchen with a table where you can meet other guests. Parking was convenient, though a bit tricky to get into. Nothing really negative.

We stayed in a lovely house on the second floor, sharing a large terrace with a sofa, chairs, and a table on both sides. The house sits on a quiet street and we parked in the private yard because street parking isn’t possible. There’s a winter garden with a barbecue, sink, coffee machine, a small stove, and a big table. Shops and restaurants are about 15 minutes on foot. The lady who checked us in was kind. We would stay again.

We spent a wonderful week in an extremely clean, cozy, and quiet guesthouse only about 10 minutes on foot from the center. The large garden, summer kitchen with all amenities, and the terrace with an incredible view of the Rila Mountains were fantastic. At night the sky was dark and the stars were beautiful, creating a unique atmosphere. The real gem was Aunt Raika, the neighbor—warm, responsive, and human. She gave practical advice, walked us through the forest to Rila Rock, and even personally retrieved my daughter’s forgotten backpack from “Kotvata” and arranged its delivery to an address in Bulgaria. Thank you from the heart for the warm welcome and human touch! We left feeling energized and happy. We will definitely come back! ❤️ Regards, Dimitrina

The spot is tucked away in a quiet, green setting surrounded by nature. The garden looks great and the BBQ area was a nice touch, and everything we needed was right there. We couldn’t find anything to complain about.
