Private en-suite garden room

I had a wonderful stay! The property is very well connected by bus, making it easy to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood is absolutely lovely—quiet, peaceful, and very pleasant. Everything you could need is provided, even tea and other thoughtful little touches. You can really feel the kindness, care, and respect that the hosts have for their guests. Everything is very well organised and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is spacious, and the whole place has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. I really felt at home during my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and cosy stay!

The accommodation was flawless and served as an ideal base for exploring South Devon. It’s close to bus links to the city centre and the train station. Highly recommended.

“Excellent”

The room, the location, the facilities, and the owners’ quick responses to questions are all excellent. Coffee was good and the mugs were the right size—not too small and not cup‑sized. The only downside this time was missing the England game because we couldn’t catch it on TV, but that wasn’t a major issue; Netflix, Prime, etc. worked fine.

“Functineel en teleurstellend”

I liked the proximity to Exeter, but the place was actually set up in the converted garage of a terraced house.

The room was spotless and cozy, and the outdoor area was lovely; the owners were very helpful, offering bus tips and letting me check in a few hours early.
