“It was not good.”
There wasn’t much to say positively; the room smelled bad, breakfast was poor, and the price was more appropriate for a 1‑star hotel rather than a 3‑star.

The wifi was unusable and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The spot is great, close to gas stations, Walmart, and Coe College, and the staff has always been friendly. But compared to my first visit, the front of the property feels neglected; weeds sprout and there’s blood‑stained walk‑up pavement that isn’t cleaned. The lobby has a strong marijuana odor on several occasions.

Nice location, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty bad and the room was very small.
