It was clean and comfortable. We had to get 2 rooms because we had 5 people. Never happened before. The breakfast had only carbohydrates.No protein. The door to get OUT needed a key. That was inconvenient when bringing in suitcases and a fire hazard

The receptionist who handled our check‑in was not very friendly.

The hotel was clean and offered a nice free hot breakfast. The bed wasn’t the best and the pillows were too small.

The bed felt comfy, but the front desk staff were unfriendly and the room carried a strong odor. The stairs were uneven, and the shower was unusable because of its height, slanted tub/shower, and lack of grab bars.

I was surprised by an extra pet fee, and the night staff were rude. The light bulbs hadn't been checked, the furniture looked worn, and the towels were paper‑thin.
