The welcome and friendliness were outstanding, thanks to Piero and Nicolo. The equipment and bedding were good, and the value for money was solid in a relaxing setting. Nothing to add.

The room was large, well‑kept, and clean. Though there was no blinds, two blackout curtains worked perfectly, even for me who is light‑sensitive. The internal parking and good breakfast made it a lovely place. The only issue was that our room was adjacent to another room and the sound insulation didn’t seem exceptional, yet even with a small child we didn’t hear anything.

Everything was spotless and quiet, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, the host was friendly, and there was a cat that was very welcoming.

Parking a car in the inner courtyard is a real plus, the room is large and on a single floor, and all the bathroom essentials are there. The breakfast area is open whenever you want because you make your own breakfast. The breakfast itself isn’t bad, but there’s no fresh bread or pastries.

The village is quiet, not too far from Olbia, and there’s a good restaurant in the village for evenings, which is great. Piero gave a warm welcome.
