I was in Morros for work, so I chose a budget-friendly inn in the city center that offered air‑conditioned rooms, and I found that at Pousada Sol Nascente. The place is very simple but met all my needs. The room is spacious, though the facilities are not modern; it has a TV, AC, and a mini‑fridge. The bathroom is small and, because it lacks a shower box, you end up splashing the rest of the room when you shower. Since I was looking for an affordable option with the basics, I have nothing to complain about. Breakfast is basic, but the staff member who serves it is very kind and polite. The owner, D. Dalila, is also friendly and attentive. The only downside was that next to the inn is an Assembléia de Deus church, and the services during the three nights I stayed disrupted my sleep a bit.
