The window view was good and the location convenient. However, the bathroom lacked a toilet paper holder, a toothbrush holder, and toothpaste. The shower was awful with eight small jets in a large basin, the dryer was stuck, body cream was missing, the towel dispenser didn’t work, and the lighting was poor.

We’ve stayed here several times and like the place, but when I entered our room and used the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush, leaving a mess. The front desk handed us a plunger, but it didn’t work, so a staff member had to snake the toilet. After texting about my dissatisfaction at checkout, the hotel apologized but offered nothing—service was extremely poor.

The spot was spot on. Breakfast had a wide range of very healthy options. Both indoor and outdoor areas felt welcoming, colorful, and roomy. Tap water was filtered, tasty, and plentiful. The shower was terrific. The only downside was the bathroom sink lighting, which was low and harsh LED.
