Everything about my stay was amazing: the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beautiful, the food at NINETEEN was exceptional and great value, I couldn’t finish my three‑course meal—a rarity for me—, and the pool area was very luxurious; I have no complaints.

The hotel sits in a prime spot in Broadbeach, just a stroll to shops, eateries and the beach. Rooms are roomy with stunning views, and plenty of elevators make getting up fast and easy. The building hosts a casino and theatre, and the on‑site restaurants are top‑tier, including Nineteen on the top floor and Kiyomi, a Japanese spot.

Breakfast offered a good range of choices, and the room itself was exceptional. Nothing else to note.

The location is close to the GC Convention Centre, which was handy for attending the trade expo.

The property is quite pleasant, featuring a solid workspace and a separate living area for unwinding. The in‑room dining menu is rather limited compared to most hotels.
