The bed was comfortable and the location good. The staff were poorly trained for guest arrival service and for making beds. When I arrived at night my bed was still not ready, and the room hadn’t been swept.

The staff were fantastic and communicated well with guests. The receptionist was a great man; I arrived at 1 o’clock in the morning and he called to check on me. Thank you for everything. They also gave me all the information I needed for my stay and how to use the metro. Everything was great.

The spot is in a good location, the reception is friendly but not always present.

The hostel is clean and feels secure, and the staff are quick to answer any questions you have. I wish they could speak a little Spanish, though, because communication was sometimes awkward. Also, the kitchen is pretty cramped, so you’ll have to be careful with your gear.
