Excellent location and normal facilities, yet the bedding was extremely bad and posed a health risk.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things took a turn for the worse when the power went out due to the snowfall. The hotel didn't have a backup generator, which made for a pretty miserable experience. It was a shame, because the location is great, but the lack of power made it hard to enjoy.

I have to say, this hotel was a complete waste of money. From the moment I booked, I had a bad feeling, and things only got worse when I arrived. The staff wanted me to pay in advance, which I thought was weird, and when I asked to see pictures of the room, they just told me to trust them. Big mistake. The room was dirty, and they still managed to take my full payment, even though I ended up not staying there. Needless to say, I didn't get a refund.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. However, the bed was tiny, and if you're a couple with a kid, it's definitely not enough space. It's a shame, because the staff made an effort to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.
