The location is great for walking to the train station and lakeside, and the breakfast spread is huge and tasty, with staff who are very attentive and helpful. However, the service and staff at the Skybar are sometimes clumsy with guests and orders, and parking for hotel guests is only partially free.

The spot, the restaurant, and the Skybar are good, but the Junior Suite is just a larger room. For me it feels like a “comfort room” rather than a “suite,” so the price isn’t justified.

A very well-designed designer hotel, but compared to last year the bathroom conditions have worsened.

Breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The man at the front desk seemed arrogant at first and not customer‑friendly.
