The location was convenient, the bed comfortable, and the room came with bathrobes and slippers; the building itself looked nice and the receptionist was polite. They packed a tasty lunch box, brewed good coffee, and offered fruit and sweets. However, there were many small shortcomings that lowered the quality and didn’t match the price. Towels were missing, so I had to request them, but the reception phone was broken and I couldn’t call. The toilet seat was broken, there was no shampoo, and the view was of a construction site (the hotel had promised a wonderful view). In the semi‑luxury room, instead of butter for breakfast, they served margarine. Nothing was critical, but the price feels too high for these flaws.
