“Other than the incident with my sons I enjoyed my stay. Place was very comfortable and clean.”

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and a young man who helped us with the keys was friendly and helpful. The next day an older staff member, unsure of his own name, accused my sons of staying for free and not paying, and he was very rude.

“Decent place but definitely not looked after and very poor communication from the owner”

I was really excited to stay at this property, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The owner seemed completely disorganized, and when I arrived, I had to call him multiple times to get the gate code and to ask about the water situation. And when I finally got to the room, it was filthy - dust everywhere, stained toilet, no water. it was a real mess.

“Was an all round good experience a hidden gem of springs”

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the spa pool was getting repaired, which was a major bummer. The rest of the property was nice and comfortable, and I felt safe and secure, but the lack of a functioning spa pool was a real disappointment. Hopefully, they'll get it fixed soon, but for now, it's a bit of a letdown.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but things started to go downhill from the moment I arrived. The family room we booked was a real letdown - those high windows at the end of the room were a major issue, especially when they started flashing different colours every 5 seconds. We were exhausted from a long day at a wedding and just wanted to get some rest, but the mattress was basically finished and the pillows were like hard sponges.
