Allowed early check‑in, loved the key‑coded door and great location, but no Wi‑Fi; we had codes but it didn't reach the cabin.

The overall setting was fine, but the bathroom felt cramped, lacked a handheld shower, and the water temperature was erratic; the mattress was overly soft and sagged, the bed frame squeaked, and both the shower and sleep quality suffered, so I hope the facilities get updated soon.

The hot tub, location, and the pho place nearby were great, but there was no chair in the dining room area.

“Unsafe and unsuitable accommodation”

Upon arrival, the room did not provide basic accommodation conditions: no blanket or proper bedding, and it was very cold. The property also lacked reliable Wi‑Fi, even though it was listed as included. More importantly, there was no on‑site staff or front desk, and the host was completely unresponsive. I tried to contact the host by phone and message multiple times at check‑in, but received no reply. Traveling with a child, it was not safe or reasonable to stay overnight. After spending over an hour trying to resolve the situation without success, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. A property that cannot provide basic lodging conditions or timely support should not be listed; I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid booking this place.
