Panoramic views of Venice are offered, 5 km from Malcontenta's centre, with easy access to Venice and Alberoni beach via nearby motorboat terminal.

The location near the Vaporetto Terminal Fusina was very good, so Venice was easily reachable. The simple accommodation had mold in the bathroom and smelled unpleasant.

The location and infrastructure for water connections are superb. Mosquitoes, though. 😂

The hotel is in a good spot for a trip to Velence. The café and restaurant offer a very good, refined, delicious selection. Unfortunately, swimming in the sea was missing. Some guests slept outside before check‑in and stayed there for a long time, making noise. Cleanliness could still be improved. Parking spaces were limited.
