The spot itself is great, but there were no staff in the oasis area, and I couldn't find anyone to contact except inside the grand. The oasis also lacked any amenities.

The Hippie Fish was nice. The water park inclusion with price was amazing. The staff was very nice and professional. Location to beach and Gulfport was nice. The rooms need updating. No microwave. Outdated coffee machine. A C was not working correctly and had to move to smaller room. Short staffed. Didn’t like having to have a bracelet when visiting pool

The place offers mini‑golf and a water park, but we couldn't use either. We arrived at 2:40 pm and weren't allowed to check in until 4:00 pm, literally standing in front of the door. The bathroom glass was covered in limescale and the tub was moldy.
