The location is excellent, within walking distance to the New Cathedral and the Uffizi Gallery, and the street has good security with many patrols and controlled access. A Chinese milk tea and light meal restaurant is nearby. The rooms are spacious enough for three people. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The breakfast was excellent, covering all basic needs. No criticisms.

We ate a solid breakfast, the room was tidy, and although the shower drained slowly it never flooded. The lack of elevators and the slow drainage were the only downsides.

Tem muitos lances de escada e não tem elevador. Subir/descer com mala grande é horrível. O café da manhã é péssimo, pouquíssima opção pelo que cobram. No quarto, o box é totalmente de vidro e aberto, e não tem nem uma cortina para separar do restante, ou seja a outra pessoa fica olhando você tomar banho da cama que é bem na frente
