Nothing . My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. 1. I had booked the room for 3 days and paid the full amount in advance, but when we checked in late at night, we were given a temporary room on the top floor. After traveling for nearly 30 hours, we had to go up and down several times and later shift all our luggage from the 4th floor to the 1st floor. If a hotel charges the full room tariff from the first day, the booked room should be ready at the time of check-in. 2. The hotel misled us regarding the complimentary breakfast. We were initially told that breakfast was complimentary, but later they refused it by giving the excuse of GST. No guest normally asks about GST while being informed that breakfast is complimentary. This was misleading and unprofessional. 3. The housekeeping service was poorly managed. Instead of cleaning the rooms in the morning, they came in the evening, which is inconvenient for guests. 4. The water supply in the bathroom stopped several times. We tried calling the reception, but nobody answered the phone. We had to personally visit the reception twice just to inform them that there was no water. 5. The room had an excessive number of mosquitoes, making it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom also had a strong smell of pan/gutkha stains. We complained to the staff member who brought water, but no action was taken. Overall, the management and housekeeping services need significant improvement. Despite paying the full charges, the hotel failed to provide even basic standards of hospitality and guest service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
