“Uncomfortable”

I didn’t stay here because it was very uncomfortable. As a solo female traveller, the property felt off right from the start—it’s tucked behind an Indian restaurant on a sketchy street in Phuket, not even on the map. When I entered, a staff member took me to my room, but two bartenders laughed in Thai at him; I asked what they said in English and told them I wouldn’t go upstairs until they explained. The worker later said they asked if I was alone, so I walked straight out with my suitcase while they tried to convince me to stay.

“Cheap and cheerfull”

The staff were friendly and the location wasn’t far from nightlife, so you could come and go without being bothered. However, the bed sheets were dirty, the air conditioning was weak, and the room felt damp.

They gave me an 8‑bedroom dorm instead of the 6‑bedroom dorm I requested.

“Don’t recommend you can find something much better”

I was initially drawn to this hotel due to its prime location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, my experience was marred by a dirty room, complete with cockroaches in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we weren't provided with towels or pillows upon arrival, and it took repeated requests to finally receive them. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, and the entrance to the hotel felt uncomfortable due to the poorly maintained restaurant it led through.

Our reservation was cancelled, we never stayed at the hotel, and we still haven’t gotten our money back.
