On a scale from 0 to 10 I’d give it a 7: the accommodation is decent, but the breakfast is very basic. I turned on the TV and the room next door complained about noise. The fact that there’s no staff on site isn’t cool.

The room is great and the location is excellent.

The stay felt cozy, perched on a high, secluded spot. The shower in our room was broken and we got no help because there were no staff on site at the time.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. Communication was a nightmare – I rang every number and got nothing, then tried WhatsApp and had to wait hours for a reply. I know “human” support starts at 10a, but on weekends it should begin at 8a or later. Our room had no towels; we only received them the next day after speaking with the breakfast staff. Wifi didn’t work, the TV was completely dead (even though it was raining, service should have been better), and the shower water pressure was very low.
