Carlos and Marina were fantastic, as were the kitchen, security, and cleaning staff! The food is amazing—a little paradise where everything is just right! Thank you all for your wonderful care! 🙏💚

The staff, Don Carlos and the restaurant hostess, were very friendly; the place was easy to reach, everything was spotless, the food was tasty, and the view was stunning.

The location was gorgeous, the atmosphere quiet, the room beautiful, and the staff were kind; the only downside was the heat in the dining room.

Everything was superb, the facilities beautiful, the room clean, and the setting very quiet with easy lake access; Karina was attentive, made us feel welcome, always checking that everything was fine, very kind, and even helped with the ferry details since we were unfamiliar, for which we’re very grateful—¡Pura vida! We’d definitely return. The only regret is that I only stayed one night; I wanted to spend more time in that lovely place.
