The hotel was amazing and highly recommended! The service was excellent with meticulous attention to detail. The food was delicious and varied, the restaurants were great, and the private beach and pool were beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay wonderful.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s always a solid pick; this time we returned with our newborn and the staff welcomed us even more warmly than before. Service throughout the hotel is excellent, and the yoga instructor is truly outstanding. The location is perfect—quiet, yet just a few minutes away from town.

“Niet waard voor 5 sterren..”

We enjoyed a lovely view that was very calming, letting us relax completely, and the bed slept nicely. However, during check‑in our passports were copied as usual, but then we were handed passports belonging to other guests who were also checking in at that moment, which is a serious mistake. At breakfast on the first day we couldn’t choose a table ourselves; a tall, slim woman with a brown ponytail told us all tables were reserved by name and number. The next day we were allowed to pick a table, revealing that story was false. I had mentioned via chat that this booking was a birthday gift for my sister and asked if a small surprise could be arranged in the room, but nothing was done. Instead, used small plates and dry macarons were left in the room, which was far from festive. Additionally, there was a box under the bed that clearly did not belong to us, giving a dirty impression. We used the “Do Not Disturb” sign several times, yet cleaning staff would still enter our room at night; on one occasion I was sleeping and told them I didn’t want service, but they still entered, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant encounter at the reception: while walking past the taxi stop toward my room, a new guest arrived and a receptionist rushed out to greet them, almost colliding with me while I was walking calmly, which I found very rude. On our last day we were called to see if we needed help with our luggage; I said yes and asked someone to come to our room, but no one ever showed up. I ended up carrying two 25‑kg suitcases from the first floor down to the ground floor myself.

The resort is massive, spotless and well‑kept, with service that goes above and beyond; everything was amazing, they answered every request and I’d definitely recommend it.
