Customer service was terrible; the staff couldn't solve problems and I never received my refund, but otherwise nothing bad.

Arriving at 2 pM for a wedding that starts at 3, we were told a $25 early‑check‑in fee was required. The front‑desk clerk then asked for our IDs and claimed she could just check us in, even though I’d already said I wasn’t willing to pay extra. After returning home I saw extra travel charges on my daughter’s account and a pet fee that I never expected—there was a dog that kept us up all night, and I would never have stayed had I known pets were allowed.
