The Comercial Boutique Guest House in Ponta Delgada's centre is 350 metres from the Atlantic Ocean and less than 1 km from the harbour with boat connections to other Azorean islands. The guest house features hardwood floors, private bathrooms, work desks, cable TVs, and some rooms with balconies and seating areas. A snack-bar and shared lounge area are available, along with a pineapple plantation tour.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Comfortable room. Lovely courtyard at the rear. Excellent location. The staff made us feel very welcome. The communal kitchen operates only at certain hours, so it's impossible to find a corkscrew when you need one. But the apologetic staff were very understanding and accommodating

Warm hospitality, the room was top. The bed was comfortable, and the courtyard with tables and chairs was also nice.

Proximity to old downtown Ponta Delgado harbor area and restaurants is excellent. Narrow cobblestone streets and sidewalks in the neighborhood provide a cool old world vibe. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was a little weak and the room door rattled whenever the front door opened and closed. There was some road noise, too. But these were minor when compared to all the positives
