There was a smoking‑allowed room available, and several izakayas were within walking distance, so finding food was easy. The place felt a bit dated and had an unpleasant odor.

The building is old, but it did have a clean feel. There was no welcome drink, only a green‑tea tea‑bag, and because there aren’t any large hotels nearby it seemed like guests weren’t valued. Even though it was board‑only, the rate felt expensive, and I have no desire to stay there again.
