The location is wonderful but hard to reach; the car had to back up several times on the access road, the internet is good, the water is warm, and the place is clean and organized. The access is difficult, and I’d suggest leaving more bath towels for guests staying longer.

The chalet is beautiful, the bedding is impeccable, and the facilities are great. The bathtub leaks and there’s a drip inside the dome.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the bed is excellent, the bedding is good, and it’s well equipped. I felt the kitchen was too dark because of poor lighting; the bulbs had loose contacts – the first night they didn’t work, the second night they flickered at midnight after the storm we had; on the third night they wouldn’t turn off and some kept flickering. Cleaning could be better – the floor was a bit dirty and the tarp was sweating and dripping; a few rugs or cloths would help with the cleanup.

Le Refúgio is a very pretty, new, modern, and peaceful place with an excellent view and a setup that offers a great experience. Overall we liked the stay, but some details need more attention. Cleaning could be a bit more meticulous, especially on the upper shelves and certain spots in the kitchen. The main issue is electrical safety – we found an exposed wire on the floor, which was concerning. We were traveling with a 10‑month‑old baby who crawls everywhere, so an exposed wire is a serious risk. Aside from those points, it’s a very pleasant, beautiful, and well‑structured place. With a bit more cleaning and especially electrical safety measures, the guest experience could improve significantly.

The entire accommodation was wonderful. The atmosphere was pleasant, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the location was close to other places to visit. Everything was very good!
